Subscription Options: 

Standard (All Day): $10 / operating hr (Best for full-service coverage). 

Peak Burst (Selected Hours): $20 / operating hr (Best for lunch/dinner rushes). *

Q: Can customers still customise their order?
A: Absolutely. Customers can request additions, removals, or special preferences just like they would with a staff member. Any extras are added to the total automatically, and special instructions are clearly noted on the receipt for the kitchen.

Q: How does the order reach the kitchen? 
A: Orders are automatically sent to a receipt printer located in your business as soon as they’re confirmed.

Q: Can customers speak to a real person if needed? 
A: Yes. If the situation requires it — such as large orders or specific ingredient questions — the AI can transfer the call directly to your team. 

Q: How does it handle prank calls or suspicious orders? 
A: Orders won’t be placed from private numbers. If an order appears suspicious, it’s flagged and not processed. Larger orders (e.g. over $100 (can be changed)) are automatically referred to the store for review to ensure they’re genuine.

Q: Does the total always match your menu prices? 
A: Yes. Totals are calculated directly from your menu pricing to ensure accuracy every time.Â
